All purchases made through LittleTruthSprouts.com are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products, whether physical or digital.

2. No Order Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

3. No Credits or Gift Certificates

We do not issue store credits, gift certificates, or vouchers under any circumstances.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

While all sales are final, we understand that issues may occasionally occur. If your product arrives damaged:

  • You must contact us at truthsprouts@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • You must provide clear evidence of the damage or defect (e.g., photographs).

  • After proper evaluation, at our sole discretion, we may authorize a replacement.

  • If a replacement is approved, it will be sent at no additional cost. Customers will not be charged additional shipping fees for approved replacements.

6. Fulfillment Responsibility
Physical products are produced and shipped by third-party partners. Replacement eligibility may depend on their policies and verification requirements.
